Last night we got to say good bye to “The Good Wife”. You can either say you were floored by the ending or that it was the stupidest ending I ever saw. Personally, I always like the type of ending that is all wrapped up and usually a happy ending. I would like to think that Jason was waiting for her at the end of the hallway. I also was sad that Diane and Alicia didn’t have a happier ending. The best part though was seeing former series regular Josh Charles return as the true love of Alicia’s life, Will Gardner. Was Will a ghost of just a figment of her imagination? I guess once again the creators have left it up to the viewer for their own interpretation.
But before we close the door, let’s visit our friends one more time and see where they were before they were on this extraordinary show…
Before she was Alicia…. Julianna Marguilies was the love of Doug Ross’s life on “ER”
Before he was Gov. Peter Florick, Chris Noth was the man of Carrie Bradshaw’s dreams on “Sex and the City.”
Diane can be so serious, but here is Christine Baranski on the show “Cybil” having fun with best friend Cybill Shepherd.
Luckily, we can still see Christine when she is Dr. Beverly Hofstadter on “The Big Bang Theory”. Here she is with her son, Leonard (Johnny Galecki)
Before he stole our hearts as Jason, Jeffrey Dean Morgan was the tragic Denny Duquette on “Grey’s Anatomy” Here he is with Katherine Heigl .
Eli was such a charmer when Alan Cumming was the adorable Sandy in “Romy and Michelle’s High School Reunion.”
Here is the late Will Gardner aka Josh Charles when he appeared on another Aaron Sorkin show, “Sports Night.” With him were two future Shondaland stars Peter Krause of “The Catch” and Joshua Malina of “Scandal”
As the affable Howard Lyman, Jerry Adler found romance. Here he is on the classic show “The Sopranos” as Hesh.
Matt Czuchy was exceptional as Cary, here he is as the adorable boyfriend Logan on “The Gilmore Girls.”
